What categories are available in Fiverr Pro?
At this time, you can apply to open a Pro Gig in the following categories:
- Graphic and Design
- Programming and Tech
- Writing and Translation
- Video and Animation
- Digital Marketing
- Music and Audio
We will gradually release more categories, please feel free to apply now regardless of your category. We will review your application and will get back to you once we start evaluating applications in new subcategories.
What are the benefits of becoming a Fiverr Pro?

Our dedicated Success Managers will assist you in maximizing the platform, and if needed, Fiverr will resolve issues that might come up between Buyers and Sellers.
How does Fiverr decide whether I’m eligible to become a Pro seller?
Fiverr business buyers want the very best. So we request Pro candidates to go through a vetting process: We’ll ask you to tell us about your professional background, your higher education, your portfolio of previous work or examples of notable projects you’ve created for clients outside of Fiverr, etc. Once we get to know you, we will evaluate your application form and notify you whether you were found eligible to open a Pro Gig.
What should I include in my Fiverr Pro application?
When it does come time to go Pro, take your time to complete the application with accurate and detailed information. Use the free text fields to your advantage and don’t be shy about promoting yourself. Include information about yourself, your business and/or studio. Do you have employees? Talk about their various skills and how they help you complete your projects.
And don’t just tell us about your skills—SHOW us! Share links to various items in your portfolio for work done for both Fiverr and external clients. Showcase work from your most high-profile business customers and link to where the result can be seen live and in-use.
Are you social? prove it! Don’t worry, it’s not required that you be an influencer or boast a substantial social following in order to join Pro. However, this information is very helpful in verifying your identity and will speed the process along.
Finally, please describe your creative process in detail. If you use specific software to create your work, share it in the application so we can better understand your workflow and what a buyer might expect when purchasing a Gig from you.
How will buyers know I’m a Pro seller?
A seller that meets the Fiverr Pro standards will become eligible to open a Pro Gig. Every Pro Gig is labeled with a Pro badge so that buyers know they’re getting the very best. In addition, buyers will have the option to search exclusively for Pro Gigs.
Is there a membership fee?
Becoming a Pro seller does not entail paying a membership fee. However, Fiverr Pro orders do carry the standard Fiverr commission charged from all Fiverr sellers.
What if I’m already a Fiverr seller?
Whether you’re a long time Fiverr expert seller or just opened your first Gig—applying for Fiverr Pro is open for everyone. A seller can also offer both Pro and regular Gigs, so you don’t have to worry about your existing Gigs. Already have a Fiverr seller level badge? No problem! Fiverr Pro does not exclude or eliminate your current level.
Will I be able to convert my old Gig to Fiverr Pro?
No. Your Pro offering needs to be different (and more thorough) than your current Gig offering. Fiverr Pro is a new initiative within the Fiverr marketplace, and everyone starts from the same place. If you choose to, you can still offer your non-Pro Gig to buyers, you just need to make sure that your offerings are differentiated to avoid buyer confusion.

Important note:
– You will be able to convert your existing Gig to a Fiverr Pro Gig, in the same category, if it has 25 reviews or less.
– If your Fiverr Gig has more than 25 reviews, and is in the same category you wish to become a Fiverr Pro seller in, please note that you will have to pause your non-Pro Gig and create a brand new Fiverr Pro Gig.
